Q: How long will it take for me to find relief?
Thankfully there are many different approaches that can help reduce anxiety’s intensity. Some of them take only a few minutes to learn and implement. They can be helpful to find rapid relief.
Q: How much relief can I find from the anxiety?
Anxiety is experienced on a scale. This program is designed to decrease the overall intensity of the anxiety, first with approaches that give rapid relief, and then with guidance for a deeper sense of calmness, grounding, and stability that develops with time. Over time, and with commitment, relief may be highly significant and transformative.
Q: What if I have been struggling with Anxiety all my life?
This program is designed for anyone who experiences anxiety. Although people suffer from anxiety with different levels of intensity, it is designed with an understanding of the nervous system, and supported by scientific evidence. It is likely that at least some relief from the anxiety will be found, typically starting within the first 2 sessions.
Q: What level of commitment is required?
Simply showing up to sessions each week is enough to give you a deeper understanding of your anxiety, and tools to manage it more effectively. It is also possible to accelerate your results, through assigned homework between sessions. However, this is completely optional.
