What Happens When My Intern’s Placement Ends?

Intern placements typically last 8 to 12 months. When your intern therapist completes their practicum, you can choose from:

Continuing with the same therapist at their new associate rate (higher than intern rate, but still lower than full licensed rate)
Switching to another intern therapist to maintain affordability
Transitioning to a fully licensed therapist on our team, with guidance to find the right fit
