Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. It’s natural to feel unsure or skeptical of the process. You may even feel pressure to be further along in your journey to personal growth, while still finding it difficult to see a clear path forward.

I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. I strive to tailor the process to each client’s unique experiences. A clients personal needs and goals will be integral to the process.

The therapeutic relationship is central to the process, as I aim to support the creation of a safe and welcoming space that fosters comfort and allows growth to unfold at each client’s own pace.

More Than Just My Work

I find my peace by drawing, connecting pencil to paper to shape personal stories and feelings. I problem solve with autobiographical comics and drawing whimsically, and I’m most inspired to draw in the fall, after feeling the first chilly breeze after long hot summer.
