Maybe your child can’t sit still in class, or shuts down the moment things feel hard. Maybe your teenager is carrying more anxiety than they know how to name. Or maybe you, as a young adult, feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. Whatever brought you here, I believe healing starts the moment someone feels truly seen, not fixed, not judged, just seen. That belief shapes everything about how I work.

With over five years of experience, I support children, adolescents, and young adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and the emotions that don’t always come with words. I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy, because no two stories are the same. I draw on CBT, ACT-informed strategies, play-based interventions, and cognitive training, and shape each session around the person in front of me, whether that’s a young child learning to name their feelings, a teen working through identity and pressure, or a young adult finding their footing.

I’m not here as the expert with all the answers. I’m here as your collaborator, walking alongside you or your child as we figure out, together, what progress actually looks like.

You might be a good fit if…

  • Your child struggles with attention, focus, impulsive behaviour, or being bullied, and you’re not sure how to help
  • Your teen is dealing with anxiety, stress, or depression, and conversations at home have started to feel harder
  • You’re a parent with a lot of questions about how to best support your child, at any age, and want steady, practical guidance
  • You’re a young adult who feels stuck, anxious, or like your emotions are running the show, and you want to understand why

What my work looks like

There’s no script I follow. I work collaboratively, drawing on CBT, ACT-informed strategies, play-based interventions, and cognitive training, and adapt each session to the client’s age, stage, and story, in a space that feels warm, safe, and genuinely non-judgmental.

Outside of session

I recharge with friends, my cat, a good stand-up set, cooking new dishes, and traveling.
