I begin by measuring rather than assuming — mapping where the difficulty actually sits, then building the therapy plan on what the results show.

Many people are told to focus harder, worry less, or push through, without anyone ever looking at what is actually happening underneath. Parents hear that their child is bright but distracted. Students find that the study habits that carried them for years suddenly stop working. Adults notice their attention or memory is not what it used to be and are left guessing.

I begin by measuring rather than assuming. I map where the difficulty actually sits across attention, working memory, processing speed, and impulse control, then combine talk therapy with practice targeted to those specific areas. Clients leave with a clear profile of their own executive function strengths and weak points, and a therapy plan built on what the results actually show rather than on trial and error.

You might be a good fit if…

  • Your child is described as bright but distracted, and no one has looked at why.
  • Study habits that carried you for years have suddenly stopped working.
  • You've noticed changes in your attention or memory and you're tired of guessing.
  • You want concrete answers and a plan, not trial and error.

What my work looks like

Objective assessment to understand how attention, memory, and executive function actually perform under demand — then translated into something usable: a plan the client and family can understand and follow.

My approach, in a sentence

Practical and collaborative, working at the intersection of technology and warm, client-centred care. Clients often describe sessions as a mix of being genuinely listened to and finally getting concrete answers.

Tools I use in session
Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy
In person only

For OCD, panic, and PTSD. Gradual, controlled exposure in a safe simulated environment, guided step by step during the session.

Attention and executive function profile
In person & virtual

An objective, computer-based measure of sustained attention, response control, and vigilance across visual and auditory input, producing a detailed profile rather than a single score. Used for therapy planning.

Attention and executive skills practice
In person only

Structured, adaptive exercises targeting focus, working memory, processing speed, and impulse control, with difficulty adjusted to performance. Used within therapy sessions.

Please noteThe attention profile is used only to plan therapy. It is not a diagnostic assessment, cannot confirm or rule out ADHD or any other condition, and cannot be used for school, workplace or insurance accommodations. A diagnosis can only come from a psychologist or physician.
Experience & training

I completed my master's in Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Padua in Italy, followed by a research project in clinical psychology at Concordia University, where I contributed to the development of psychological testing tools. In Canada, I've worked closely with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, using virtual reality and computer-based executive function training alongside traditional therapy. I'm currently completing supervised clinical training under the BREM program.
