Ariana Sattani

As the Client & Media Relations Manager, I support both the client experience and the clinic’s external presence. I oversee client communications and services, including intakes, follow-ups, and therapy programs, to ensure care feels seamless and supportive from the very first interaction. I also manage marketing and media efforts across the website, newsletters, and social platforms, while leading external collaborations with organizations and practitioners. In addition, I support internal operations through team coordination, therapist relations, payroll support, and team initiatives.

Experience

Ariana is a University of Toronto alumni, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Over the course of her undergraduate degree, she has volunteered with other Psychology clinics, and also was supervised an ABA therapist as well, where she worked with children who struggle with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is also a Friendly Calls Volunteer at the Canadian Red Cross. Ariana has worked with professors to develop drug analysis papers and peer review them. She has extensively studied the Psychology of Personality, and worked on a capstone paper to highlight her research.
