Maybe relationships feel strained, or old trauma is resurfacing in ways you don’t fully understand. Whatever you’re facing, it’s not always easy to figure it out on your own.

I offer a grounded, body-focused approach to therapy that helps you process emotions not just through talking, but through tuning into what your body is telling you. Using Somatic Therapy alongside tools from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I’ll support you in understanding your inner world and building the skills you need to move forward.

Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns behind your emotional struggles and work toward lasting change, not just symptom relief. You’ll learn how to feel more in control, more present, and more connected to yourself and your life.

Experience

Benoit is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a graduate from the University of Toronto, with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. He has pursued extensive training in Somatic Therapy and has been combining this approach with other modalities (such as Mindfulness, CBT, and IFS) in his client work. He has worked with a diverse range of clients struggling with challenges including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship issues, academic performance, addictions, self-esteem and life transitions. He also has multiple years of experience working at the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, as a Supervisor and volunteer.
