Becoming a parent — or simply moving through life’s major transitions — can stir up more questions than answers. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly caught in thoughts like, “I’m not doing enough,” or “I’ve lost a part of who I am.” Maybe you’re grieving the life you once knew, struggling to feel grounded in your new role, or trying to hold everything together while feeling like you’re falling apart inside.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can gently explore your experiences, reconnect with your sense of self, and begin to heal. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I believe you already hold strength and wisdom (even if it feels far away now) and together, we’ll uncover that strength and help you move toward clarity, connection, and meaning.
I work especially well with:
New and expectant mothers adjusting to life with a baby
Parents navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and relationship strain
Individuals facing life transitions, grief, or deep self-doubt
Those who feel like they’re “never enough” and long to feel more grounded and worthy
Experience
Christine is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, particularly in perinatal mental health, postpartum anxiety and depression, and parenting challenges. Now pursuing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto, Christine brings her deep clinical knowledge and emotional attunement into the therapy room. Her therapeutic style is strengths-based and resilience-focused, weaving together evidence-based tools and genuine human connection.
Christine is also an avid hiker—she’s drawn to the quiet, grounding experience of walking through nature, and often brings this sense of mindful presence and inner exploration into her work with clients.
