Life can be hard; being human isn’t easy. When we feel low, anxious, or overwhelmed, the world doesn’t slow down to give us space to catch up (even when we really need it to). We’re often left trying to navigate our thoughts, emotions, and relationships while still showing up for everything else. Over time, this can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves.

I approach therapy as a space where we can gently slow things down together. Through curious, open conversation and collaborative exploration, we begin to notice patterns, how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Rather than rushing to “fix” things, I focus on helping you understand the root cause to generate long-term change.

I use an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing from modalities such as ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and EFT, tailoring the process to fit you and your individual needs/personality. At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to explore even the parts of yourself that feel uncertain, guarded, or difficult to access.

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, filter, or have it all figured out. A space where you can be fully yourself. From there, we can build insight, strengthen self-trust, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Over time, this work can help you feel more grounded, more connected to who you are, and more confident in navigating your life, not as a “perfect” version of yourself, but as a more authentic and self-aware one.

More Than Just My Work

Outside the therapy room, I’m drawn to the kinds of experiences that bring people together. Whether it’s the shared excitement of a good sports game (I’ve really been enjoying playing pickleball lately, or watching a UFC fight night), trying a new food or restaurant, or getting lost in music at a concert with people I care about. Live music in particular is one of my favourite ways to spend my time, the energy of a crowd, the feeling of being fully present, and the sound of the audience belting the words to a song that means so much to you — I find it incredibly grounding and joyful. Overall I really value moments that feel engaging, energizing, and real. I carry that same appreciation into my work, creating a space that feels natural and comfortable, where you can show up as yourself and connect in a way that feels genuine, relaxed, and human.
