Life is full of unexpected challenges and can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of past trauma. Perhaps academic or work pressures feel unmanageable, or you’re navigating life transitions that leave you feeling lost or uncertain. It’s easy to feel stuck and lonely in these moments, but you don’t have to face them alone.
My approach to therapy is holistic, tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. I integrate client-centered approaches with various evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). With these approaches, I aim to create a safe space for self-exploration and healing. With a background in both medicine and mental health, I bring a trauma-informed perspective and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Together, we can help you regain a sense of control and balance by uncovering your strengths, challenging limiting beliefs, and developing strategies.
Through the journey of therapy, my goal is to help you build resilience, increase self-awareness, and cultivate meaningful change. Therapy is not just about addressing difficulties—it is about fostering growth, self-compassion, and a greater sense of empowerment. You have the capacity to overcome challenges and live a fulfilling life, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
