Life can sometimes feel demanding, uncertain and riddled with constant pressures. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and overwhelm. Whether you are navigating through a difficult life transition, or struggling to manage academic and work demands, or having relationship difficulties, you do not have to be alone. I am honoured to support you in your journey by providing a safe, non-judgemental, and emotionally warm space where you can explore and process your concerns.

I work from a client-centered, multicultural and anti-oppressive lens to understand your experiences and to tailor the course and pace of therapy to your particular needs. Through a caring and compassionate approach, I collaborate with you to solve problems, make positive changes, and achieve your goals. I believe that every person has capacity for change and growth. My aim is to empower you in cultivating a life that is meaningful to you.
