You don’t have to carry it alone. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or painful relationship experiences. You might find yourself constantly second-guessing your worth, people-pleasing at the expense of your own needs, or replaying the sting of a friendship breakup, betrayal, or attachment wound. If you’re feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, you’re not alone, and support is possible.

Therapy can be a space where things start to make sense again. I believe that healing begins with understanding and deepens through connection. With a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach, I create a space where you can explore your story safely and honestly — at your pace. I’m especially passionate about helping clients navigate individual relationship challenges and build healthier self-esteem. Together, we can unpack emotional injuries, recognize patterns shaped by attachment experiences, and uncover your inner strengths.

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy to support you in making lasting changes. Whether you’re working through anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship wounds, our work can help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to who you are.
