Life can often feel overwhelming. At times, we find ourselves burdened by stress, anxiety, sadness, or a persistent sense of disconnection from ourselves and others. It can be challenging to move through life without truly feeling present or to grapple with emotions we don’t fully understand. When coping becomes difficult, it is easy to feel lost and alone - but you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

Healing begins with understanding. Growth occurs when we feel safe enough to explore the layers of our experiences - the connections between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the deeper questions that shape our lives. With a holistic and person-centred approach, I provide a space where you can unpack challenging experiences, make sense of unhelpful patterns, and reconnect meaningfully with yourself and your life. Drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and existential therapy, I combine practical tools with deep self-exploration.

Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll begin to feel more connected to yourself, more confident in navigating life’s challenges, and more at peace with your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, gain clarity, and navigate life in a way that feels true to you.
