Brendan Stern

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

It’s common to feel unsure about where to begin, or to feel stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful — whether that’s in your relationships, your mood, or how you relate to yourself. Starting therapy is a big step.

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach when working with individuals and couples, exploring their experiences with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we will work to slow things down, make connections, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and aligned with who you are.
