It’s common to feel unsure about where to begin, or to feel stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful — whether that’s in your relationships, your mood, or how you relate to yourself. Starting therapy is a big step.

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach when working with individuals and couples, exploring their experiences with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we will work to slow things down, make connections, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and aligned with who you are.

What my work looks like

We'll nail down your current patterns and why they show up the way they do. Next we'll explore new ways of relating to yourself and others, moving from insight into action.

My approach, in a sentence

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers

Before entering psychotherapy I studied Drama, which still informs my belief in the importance of creativity, play, and emotional expression in fostering connection and a sense of safety.
