A space where you don’t have to perform, filter, or have it all figured out — just be fully yourself.

Life can be hard; being human isn’t easy. When we feel low, anxious, or overwhelmed, the world doesn’t slow down to give us space to catch up (even when we really need it to). We’re often left trying to navigate our thoughts, emotions, and relationships while still showing up for everything else. Over time, this can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves.

I approach therapy as a space where we can gently slow things down together. Through curious, open conversation and collaborative exploration, we begin to notice patterns — how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Rather than rushing to “fix” things, I focus on helping you understand the root cause to generate long-term change.

I use an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing from modalities such as ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and EFT, tailoring the process to fit you and your individual needs and personality. At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to explore even the parts of yourself that feel uncertain, guarded, or difficult to access.

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, filter, or have it all figured out — a space where you can be fully yourself. From there, we can build insight, strengthen self-trust, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Over time, this work can help you feel more grounded, more connected to who you are, and more confident in navigating your life — not as a “perfect” version of yourself, but as a more authentic and self-aware one.

What my work looks like

We gently slow things down together. Through curious, open conversation we notice patterns and build insight, strengthen self-trust, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

My approach, in a sentence

Meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to explore even the parts of yourself that feel guarded or hard to access.

Outside of session

I’m drawn to experiences that bring people together — a good sports game (pickleball or a UFC fight night lately), trying a new restaurant, and above all live music: the energy of a crowd and a whole audience belting the words. I find it grounding and joyful.
