Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. You may find that your usual ways of coping with stress no longer feel effective. It's natural to seek support. Whether you're facing difficulties in your relationships, marriage, school, work, family dynamics, self-esteem, or managing life's expectations and losses, the path forward may seem unclear. Taking the first step toward support is courageous, and I am here to offer a safe, collaborative space where we can explore new pathways toward healing and personal growth.

I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges and a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach is integrative and personalized, focusing on identifying patterns, understanding your thoughts, emotions, and building on your strengths while addressing the root causes of difficulties. By drawing from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and empower you to develop healthier coping strategies to move forward with confidence, resilience, and clarity

Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful therapeutic environment is at the heart of my work. I approach each session with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a non-judgmental stance. I believe a strong relationship between therapist and client is essential to meaningful and lasting change.
