Life can bring challenges that leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck — stress, anxiety, difficult relationships, unexpected losses, or major transitions that shake your sense of stability. You might be struggling with questions about your identity, navigating ADHD, managing intense emotions, or facing tension in your relationships or marriage. Whatever you’re carrying, it’s not always easy to cope on your own. I’m here to walk alongside you.

I work with individuals and couples who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My approach helps uncover the root causes of difficulties, paving the way for lasting, meaningful change. In couples therapy, you can expect transformative experiences that foster deeper emotional connection, clearer communication, and healthier ways of resolving conflict. In individual therapy, I offer a supportive space to explore your inner world, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools for navigating life with resilience and clarity.

I believe you are the expert of your own life — and that at times, you may also be your own harshest critic. My role is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship through compassion, curiosity, and unconditional acceptance. In this space, clients can explore all parts of themselves, leading to deeper insight, self-trust, self-acceptance and reconnection with their strengths and confidence. Together, we will identify recurring patterns, explore the emotional roots of your struggles, gently uncover the fears or blocks that may be holding you back, and develop strategies tailored to your unique story and needs.
