We all go through seasons in life where things feel heavy. You may feel overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, or questioning where you’re headed. Maybe you’re caught in cycles of overthinking or self-doubt, feeling disconnected from others, or struggling to make sense of a big life transition. It can feel lonely to carry all of this by yourself, but you don’t have to.

Therapy can be a space where things begin to shift. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded presence where you feel safe to explore what’s really going on: at your pace, and on your terms. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, socially withdrawn, or unsure of who you are, I’ll meet you with empathy and curiosity, not judgment.

I work especially well with clients who struggle with self-esteem, negative thinking, or feeling disconnected: from themselves, from others, or from a sense of purpose. I also support couples who feel emotionally distant or “stuck” in their relationship, helping them reconnect with what brought them together in the first place.

Together, we’ll make space for honest reflection, untangle the beliefs and patterns that are holding you back, and move toward the version of yourself you’re longing to become. If it’s important to you, I also welcome the integration of Christian faith and spirituality into our work, offering space for your beliefs to support your healing and growth.
