Most extended health plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). We direct-bill most major insurers, so you pay less up front and skip the paperwork.

No coverage? We have reduced-cost options through our supervised intern program, plus NIHB and IFHP-covered care.

Broadly: CBT works with thoughts and behaviours, EMDR helps reprocess traumatic memories, and somatic therapy works through the body and nervous system. Many people benefit from a blend — your therapist will explain what they’re using and why.
